Tahari color block shell with neck detail, black and white, XS

selling my Tahari shell top in white and black, color block. the tag for "Tahari" fell off but it is what it is :) neckline has a soft ruffle detail, giving the top more visual interest under a blazer or cardigan or by itself! if the tag matters to you I will drop the price further
