Tahari shift dress with embellished sleeves

Dark red Tahari pencil dress. The fabric is so nice, soft, thick, and stretchy, making this dress super comfortable. Only worn 3 times and can easily be dressed up or down for the office, the city, or a wedding. Length: 37" Waist: 14.5" Labeled as a 4 but I'm a 6 in most brands and it fits me well. More tight fitting for a size 6 and a bit looser fit for a size 4.
