Thick wool quality pea coat. Tailor made no tags. Size small. PTP 19” knee length. A couple buttons are not tight but not loose damaged either and will not be accepted as cause for return. Oval buttons, two pockets and back belt details and kick pleat. Based on my coat experience I believe this is English loomed thick wool. And wonderful tailoring
