There is no lining, but interior part is cotton and the exterior is a really nice, soft satin (viscose). One of the zippers of the ankle cuffs is missing the tab that pulls it up and down, but it can still be used and is fully functional. Perfect condition overall and really beautifully made. Made in Italy. 57% cotton 43% viscose Waist 25”, stretches to 34” Hips 38” Length 38.5”
