I'm a suggested user now, so that has helped me add followers, but sharing your listings to parties is s great way to be seen by Poshers other than your followers. Sharing others' listings to your followers helps them, and most people return the favor when they can, so your listings are seen by their followed and vice versa - it's really community-driven.
