This is in very good used condition. The top left collar does not sit flat. The rest of the top is in excellent condition. It’s made of 100% polyester, is very lightweight, wrinkle free and can be washed at home. It looks and feels like a nylon garment. There is no stretch. There is a band of black lace that runs across the back at bust level. This will go with all of your winter neutrals. Measured from the top of the front shoulder, the tunic measures 26 inches.
