Talbots, was founded in 1947, but judging by the style and tag, I think this is from the 90s. They don't make clothing like they used to. The quality of the fabric and the tailoring are exceptional! When, nowadays, do you find a blazer for women made of, 100% wool with a lining made of, 100% acetate! This piece has a, French, vibe to it. Wear it over a dress or with jeans, a skirt or pants.
