Talbots, size 8 petite Beautiful blue Ponte type fabric. Great for business, elegant affairs. Tailored seams, figure flattering. Scalloped edges at square neck and bottom hem. Short sleeves. Length is about 36”, but an easily removable added lace hem extension makes it about 38” long. Waist is about 16”. Unlined. Invisible zipper at back.
