griffygirl63 @karengoog hi Karen. 16 inch flat waist. 10 inch rise. 28 inch inseam unrolled and 24 rolled up. 99%cotton, 1%spandex. Let me know if you have any further questions. I love these pants but too small. They are in beautiful condition
