Talbots leather belt size small

Talbots embossed leather belt with floral buckle detail size small. Buckle has some slight scratches and scuffs as shown in picture. Leather is in good shape. Unique vintage piece to dress up jeans or a dress. Marked small but fitting more like an xs in my opinion.
