Talbots vintage 100% cotton, midweight dress w buttons down back, fit & flare

This dress is in like new condition. A beautiful shade of blue with green, orange and red seashells. The colours pop. It has fabric covered buttons that open down the back, as well as an hook and eye closure and a hidden zipper. It has two deep pockets and a flared skirt. Short sleeves and a round collar. It’s made of a soft cotton, the fabric is wrinkle free. It has a bit of stretch. The fabric is thicker than we usually see in cotton, so you could easily use this dress in spring and fall as well as summer. OK for both work and casual.
