This Talbots brand vest is very cool and cute. good to keep the core fashionably warm. 🫂 I absolutely love the colour. I see blue, others see teal, it appears in really good condition. approximately 19" pit to pit and approximately 23" from top of front neck to lower hem. thank you for looking.
