Talking Arthur Stuffed Animal Toy

This children's favourite TV character talks as well as cuddles. His voice is clear. His sweater is newly washed from the dust as he has sat with no children to play with since the early 2000's. He currently lives and always has lived in a smoke free home and has been out of reach of the cat who shared our home for a few years. He is in nearly new condition with only the zipper pull missing but the zipper still works. See photos.
