hi are they stretchy, how does the opening measure please? I have VERY skinny legs and would need a 14 inch even 13 inch opening with decent stretch fitted. ..or they will fall right down🥺😩🤪

sorry are they for a narrow leg, true to size? I'm normally EUR 40 depending on the brand 🥺😩🤪 I'm a true 8.5 but if too snug I wear them
