Talula Roppongi dress in tank top style

Talula Roppongi dress in tank top style, with pockets. Only wore it once, in great condition still, like new. Would love to keep the dress, but it just doesn’t fit me properly. Very simple to wear, has flowy comfortable fabric, and cinches at the waist with elasticity. Approximate flat-lay measurements: Chest (pit-to-pit): 20-21” Waist (elastic): 15-20” Hips (shorter torso, based on 5 foot height): 24” Length (from top of shoulder): 38” Skirt length: 18”
