Talula: Royal Blue Lace skirt with scalloped hem

Brand new (although no tags) lined lace mini skirt with a scalloped hem! Purchased from Aritzia, never worn. Fully lined with an invisible zipper on the side. Purchased this after I fell in love with it, but it has never fit me.
