ameliay227 @adumbo hi l, there is stretch. I added another photo to show the measurement at the waist. Just for reference Im 5’, 115 lbs but has had three babies and I thought I lost enough weight to look good in this. Alas my tummy still has work to do :) I measured myself at the waist and I’m 29.5”. I can zip it up and wear it but personally don’t like it being that snug. Let me know if you have more questions
