This commemorative ring is in very good condition with all the stones in tact. A great gift for a hockey fan and memorabilia collector.
This ring weighs approximately 46 grams, has an inside circumference of approximately 60 mm and has an interior diameter of approximately 2 mm. I took this ring to a Charm Diamond Jewelry store and they confirmed this ring is size 11.
Now a bit of history:
Coach John Tortorella brought the Tampa Bay Lightning to a record of 46-22-8-6, securing the Southeast Division. The Lightning blazed past the New York Islanders in the Conference quarterfinals, winning 4-1, swept the Montreal Canadiens 4-0 in the Conference semifinals, and faced off against the fearsome Philadelphia Flyers in the Conference finals, winning a hard-fought seven-game series to earn the Eastern Conference Championship, the first in franchise history and first appearance in the Stanley Cup Finals.
Led by captain Dave Andreychuk and stars Fredrik Modin and Vincent Lecavalier, the Lightning faced off against the Calgary Flames, who themselves were looking to bring Lord Stanley's Cup back home to Canada.
The two titans of the ice engaged in a hard-fought Finals, with Games 5 and 6 settled in overtime. A tense Game 7 ensued, with the Lightning eking out a 2-1 nail-biting victory to secure the first Stanley Cup in franchise history.
