Tan Jay Stretch "possible Large" -Petite

Stretch Black pants elastic waist - TanJay Petite Please view all pictures - There are no tags to say the size or The type of material -So I have taken measurements to view very nice just like new Waist is 14" Wide Across but stretches out to 18" Wide Measures 11.5" top of the pants to crotch area Leg length inseam is 28" long These are wide leg pants measuring 9.5" wide on leg width I am thinking because of the stretch it probably got a small amount of spandex And I am guessing polyester The mannequin is size small /medium these are to big for her just trying to show the look
