It has a fitted waist. the lay flat measurments are as follows: Size small - pit to pit 16.5 in, waist 15 in, length 21 in, sleeve 24 in and shoulder to shoulder 16.5 in Size Large - Pit to pit 19 in, waist 16 in, length 22 in, sleeve 25 in and shoulder to shoulder 17 in.
