2 for $20 Tan blouse with built in tank top

Beautiful tan blouse with built in tank top. Sleeves are knotted and the front part is open like a poncho over the curve hugging tank. The tank has ruched sides. This top is so feminine and would look lovely over white capris (yacht and wine could round out the look). Material is a linen-like polyester. New without tags.
