Laid flat measurements: Waist 20.5” Hip area 23” Rise from (gusset to waist) 15” 6" at cuff Inseam 30” - fabulous for longer legs like mine which is why I had to have them! The plus sizes are a generous fit. Bought online and I did not read this note! I say they are a 2X or a size 22. If you want them to fit more like leggings versus pants, watch the sizing.
