Tankard from Denmark

Lidded Tankard Steins with Vintage Motif  Intricate raised design This beautiful tankard is made by the Danish Silversmith Company Hejl. It is not known what material was used to make the tankard. The metal is silver toned and the tankard is marked Hejl Denmark on the bottom. On both sides are farmers and their tractors and people tilling the farm next to livestock. There are three round feet on the tankard that resemble grape clusters. The knob to open the lid by is also one of these round grape clusters. Inside the tankard on the bottom is a monk carrying his tankard to a barrel to fill it up.  Measures Approximately 5” tall and 3” across the bottom.
