Would it fit Xl-40D top and large bottom?

@ksgarvie54 Hi. No I think it would be too small. The top is a 30” before stretching and the bottom a 32” It’s more on the larger scale of Medium to large. I believe the tag is wrong. That is why I attached measurements.
