100% cotton. A very unique heavy woven fabric with a drape that holds its shape. It has zero stretch. Features two pockets. Handmade in an NYC boutique and purchased at a boutique in Toronto called The Meg (megest1994. ca) Condition: very good used condition. worn once for a wedding. the zipper doesn't close all the way (I didn't want to force it) and this is pictured in the close-up of the zipper.
