Love this shirt - and so did my partner but he found the sleeves a bit short. I thought I might get them shortened more to wear this myself but I'm never going to get to it.
From pit to wrist the sleeves are 19".
Would fit a women's large or extra large very well. Or a small or medium if you like a loose cotton shirt :)
