Taxco Cat Brooch Pin Abalone Shell Sterling Silver Vintage Jewelry Cute Retro

A sweet and petite cat brooch from Taxco, Mexico. It has an abalone shell set into the body and engraved details for the face. It hallmarked on the back - the alpha-numerical mark is a little difficult to make out but I believe it reads TH-20. The other mark reads TAXCOMEXICO925 in a circle around the letters ARK. Very good vintage condition. Some light patina and signs of wear. App 1" long by 3/4" wide
