Sterling silver Mayan Aztec figural earrings. The graphic is handmade with multi metals and inlaid with crushed sodalite and malachite. The man has features of brass and copper but the main metal of these earrings is sterling silver. Earrings are marked sterling metales and Taxco Hecho En Mexico 925 and tested positive for sterling silver. Screw back closure for pierced or non-pierced ears. Screw backs are marked Alpaca R.S and are NOT sterling silver. Earrings are pre-owned with normal vintage wear consistent with age such as light surface scratches, rhodium plating loss and patina.
