Taylor tiered empire-waist green & white tropical palm leaf print lined mini dress with non-adjustable straps, flounced ruffle overlay at bust, scoop tie-up neckline, concealed back zipper, and tiered ruffled hem. A very pretty dress! **Please note there is a thin run in fabric at backside lower left side as shown in photo.
