This is a footed tea cup & saucer made by Paragon in Staffordshire, England. It is decorated with gold trim and pink and blue flowers with green leaves; there are no chips, crazing or cracks. The pattern is F54E. The tea cup stands 3" tall and is 3 1/4" wide at the mouth. The saucer is 5 1/2" across.
