Tea length Wedding dress

This moonlight bridle wedding dress has never been worn. It’s been sitting in a garment bag since it was purchased. This dress has a v-neck with beautiful rhinestone and beading on the shoulders. The dress has a layer of crinoline under and the outer layer has a softer crinoline fabric (sorry I don’t know my fabrics). I have attached a photo of the original receipt.
