This is a vintage tea cup & saucer made by Thomas Forester & Sons in their Phoenix line in Staffordshire, England between 1925 and 1959. It is decorated pink and purple flowers, green trim and a mesh like pattern. There are no chips, cracks or crazing. The saucer is 5 3/8" wide while the cup has a mouth of 3 1/4" while standing 2 5/8" tall.
