Waist 14" flat. Hips Open. Length 25" Hell Bunny Size Charts borrowed for reference.
**Please Note: Stain/Discoloration on front just under waistband as shown in photos. I suspect this was from a faulty steamer that spluttered hot water onto the fabric, causing the polka dot print to run a bit. I am confident this could be resolved by laundering/stain removal, but I cannot guarantee this, so it is reflected in the price AS IS.**
