Teal Peter Pan collar tunic dress

This dress fits size 8-10. It is form fitting, especially in the lower hip and sleeves. It is a beautiful teal colour. It feels like a felted wool but is fully lined with polyester. Length is a couple inches above the knee. Peter Pan collar, hidden back zipper, bell sleeves.
