Teal Stretchy Velvet Sleeveless Mini Dress from Forever 21 NWOT

This dress is gorgeous and comfortable but I’ve never had a reason to wear it, so time to find it a new home. While it’s never been worn, there are a couple spots with west signs. Based on location I’m guessing I bought it like that and did t notice at the time. See images. They’re not at all noticeable when wearing the dress. The material is stretchy and body hugging. I’m not sure based on the skirt style that I’d call it a bodycon, but close. The straps are adjustable, so it works on many body types. Seller is a pet-friendly home and cannot guarantee there will be no fur on items. Best efforts are made to ensure they are clean and free of obvious fur.
