Teal and black gingham, Short sleeve button down blouse, size XL

This y2k style button down blouse is patterned with a teal and black gingham. It has puff sleeves (as seen in picture #3), and is in size XL. It is quite fitted, not loose. Not sure of the brand, but the tag says Talk’’ (as seen in picture #4).
