Those are joggers from a canadian brand, made in canada out of a mix of bambo and cotton. Would best fit a size 24-25 who is small (and not tall). They are altered, as I made a dressmaker cut the bottom and the pockets (which were too big). Waist flat: 13,5 inches Inseam: 13,5 inches Lengt: 36 inches
