A history of technology summed up into 8 chapters. Easy to digest and a good starting point in understanding technology and its role in society, in a historical context. Usual corner wear due to regular use. Used for the course HIST*1250 at the University of Guelph - unsure if this is still a required text. Nonetheless, it is an interesting read. Published in 2009, Oxford University Press, Inc.
