Ted Baker 60s Mod Style Dress - Black Stripes with Orange Accents

I've seen this described as a "fit & flare" dress but to me it screams 60s Mod. I can totally see Peregrine Fisher wearing this dress❣️ It has great details like branded metal buttons, orange piping around the neck and armholes and two folders in the front with wider stripes.
