Ted Baker Liddied Chelsea Studded Wellington Boot Size 9

Size US 9. Black rubber with gold stud and hardware. Pulley at back ankle. Stretch Chelsea detailing at sides for ease to pull on. Small stacked heel. Floral lining. Some cushion to the soles. These are substantial and have weight to them. The rubber has lost some shine, and has a touch of marks present. Soles have a touch of outdoor wear. I’m not sure if these are technically a rain boot, they appear at least water resistant, but unsure if they are waterproof.
