Ted Baker London Blue Floral Chiffon Dress

This dress by Ted Baker London is made of 100% polyester with a light blue lining also made of 100% polyester. The exterior has a sparse pink and yellow floral pattern with green leaf accents. The dress is sleeveless with a round neck and has a button at the back of the neck. The fit is quite loose and the dress is supposed to have a thin matching belt. The belt loops are present, but the belt is missing. Pic 3 gives an idea of what the dress might look like cinched by a belt (on one side at least). The hem falls around the knee with a high-low cut (shorter in front, longer in back). There are also fluttery little ruffle details down the sides to give some extra volume and interest. The dress has normal wear, the only issue affecting wearability being in the missing belt. This piece is marked as a size 3 (smal) and measures like a size 8 (medium), suggesting a looser intended general fix (accented by the belt). Size 3 is normally a junior's size but I will list it as a size small, as there is nothing specifically "junior" about it.
