@dc18769 I wear a 8/38, bought 1/2 size bigger because I thought the same thing. No issue with tightness, it's just a bit to big. Should have gotten my true size

@dc18769 if your feet are wide I wouldn't suggest these, but if they are on the slimmer side it will not be smug.
