ramniks Size 4 is typically L. So can you please confirm whether the chest size is 40 or 42?

ramniks @janesieh thanks, I'd really appreciate if you could take the measurements of the sleeves/arms and post a pic. I really believe this won't be a fit even though I'm size 40. The model (similar to my size and built) on Ted Baker website also wears a size 3
