Ahhhh, this is the sweetest dress! The red is not quite as bright in person as in the pics. Top is a nice, thick knit sweater, and it's attached to a full, 4 layer skirt of tulle and satin, with satin piping at the bottom. Adorable Signature Teenie Weenie embroidered bear insignia, satin roses and gold thread surround the mandarin collar. Gold thread is repeated at sweater cuffs. No stains, holes, or tears. In excellent condition.
