Teknic Motorcycle Boots Size 42

I bought these secondhand online but they are too small. Tag says a Size 43, I normally wear a 43 in all my street shoes, but these fit more like a 42 or US size 9 (maybe even 8.5) There is an exhaust burn that was repaired on right boot.
