Cool brushed cotton98% with 2% spandex coat. Silver oval buttons with two front pockets. 38” from shoulder to hem so below the knee on me and 23” bust with some stretch. Can be worn as dress or cool with tight leggings and boot. Excellent condition, no flaws.
