Listing is for (one) - New, unused, tortoise shell, as is. I thought they didn’t lay flat when closed but realized they lay flat if you close the arms in the correct order. No idea why they’re designed that way. If they lay awkward when closed, open the arms and lay a different arm down first than you did the first time.
