Teva Wedge flip flop women's 9

Reposhing this item I purchased from @noonyevans. I've been wondering why they don't fit and just recently realized that they are a 9, not an 8 as indicated. Excellent condition, slight wear on the heel (see photo). Black floral print. Soft nylon webbing. Questions? Leave a comment below!
