Black cord-like textured skirt. Seamed waist band detail 2.5” wide with side zipper. Slight satin seam/hem stripe details throughput. Fully lined. Gently worn and in great condition. Would be lovely for fall or winter as the fabric + liner makes this a heavier piece. 88% polyester, 12% nylon. Size 14. Waist flat measurement across 18” Flares to 40” width at bottom of shirt.
