The Art Company black boots with heels, size 40 (EU)

Adorable black boots with heels size 40 by the Spanish company The Art Company. I had bought them in Europe a couple years ago, but ended up never using them. It's a pity to leave them unused! It's a model they don't sell anymore, and buying shoes from the Art Company website has lots of extra fees (shipping + customs) from Canada. I am reselling them at a lower price anyway (original price was around 150 EUR).
